我的迈拓硬盘有8KB坏道，怎么处理？

我只是个普通用户，不会修。以前问过好多次，但都没有一个详细的方案。
我把以前的CHKDSK结果放下面（后来我把所有文件重新复制了，现在的CHKDSK结果差不多，只是现在没有坏文件报告）
