日立2.5英寸硬盘的问题？

本人有一块2.5英寸的日立的硬盘(HTS541010G9AT00)，故障是coms能检测到硬盘。用mhdd无法检测到硬盘，用pci-pc3000可以检测到硬盘的型号、序列号、固件版本好，还有容量。
但在日志里出现的是内容如下：
ATTENTION!Security-locked hdd
Selected family.....:DARA
mode by ID....:HTS541040G9AT00
Loading module table...:error
Error:....:error switching to techno mode
loading the table of "open"modules....:error
error :....:error executing loading "open"modules dir command
module zone is not found
