We have a seagate F3 drive with following terminal report:
Rst 0x10M
RW: Disc Ctlr Initialization Completed.
(P) SATA Reset
SIM Error 1009
RW Error 00000080
If you try to read sectors terminal showing:
LED:000000BD FAddr:0000602B
LED:000000BD FAddr:0000602B
You should try to find damaged FID in System Files. It could be 133 and 17a. To check 17a sys.file use terminal command:
T>r17a
If you get message DiagError 0000000E, then this sys. file is damage and you need to fix it.
Perform a Ctrl+L terminal command for find out a family of drive:

For fix this sys.file we need to write it.
This file filling by 0, but very important it size. You can download it or create manually (it size = 0xA1F0).
Open this sys.file
Open sys file
Then use "Load" button for loading 17a sys.file then clear S.M.A.R.T.
use "Load" button
Try to read sectors.
If sectors still not reading - create a backup of 28 and 35 sys.files and perform "Translator regeneration".
If you check 133 sys.file and it damaged - you need to write it (this is 9 module) and try to read sectors. |
