Description:  

1. Provides technical support for application in and around the Oracle suite. 2. Supports Business, Suppliers and Customers in the interface and use of seagate systems. Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.  
3. Performs data, system and information analysis supporting business including preparation of reports, monitors and other documents.  
4. Work with global team to deploy projects.  
5. Participates in third-party test and help user UAT test.  
6. Provide training to new colleague and HelpDesk.  

Qualifications:  

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, computer science is required.  
2. Minimum 3 years experience of Oracle ERP.  
3. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills  
4. Strong English reading, writing skills.  
5. Effective communication skills in English.  
6. excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skill.  
7. Experienced in SQL*PLUS, PL/SQL.  
8. Some experience with relational databases desired  
9. Experience in applying policies and procedures as well as Governance and Sarbanes Oxley to resolve a variety of issues would be an advantage.  
10. Experience with crystal report not required but beneficial.
