硬盘低格完数据还在~~~

  希捷60020A  60G二手硬盘。读写数据巨慢。用HDTach测试。读写速度波动严重。基本为“WW”形
。删除分区，重新分区格式化都顺利。但读写速度还是原来的样子。用DM行低格，速度很快。10来分钟格完。没有出错提示。但格完查看硬盘数据根本没变化。分区也还在。用DM填零成功。分区格式化后读写情况没有改善。换用hard disk low level format tool 2.36低格。日志如下：
