希捷3500320NS，PCB短接后无法激活超级终端

按网上的资料，如果不短接PCB板的话无法修复固件门，PCB板号100475720，短接图说明，短接后，接电七至七秒电机停转，现在问题是，如果不短接，可以激活超级终端，但短接后，电机停转，CTRL + Z，超级终端无反应，求解决方法。谢谢大家
附短接说明如下：
After the closure of these contacts, the head within 5-7 seconds, click, and then the engine stops himself, then (not before!) 1 (one) times we press CTRL + Z and patiently waiting for (the invitation in the form of F3 T> may appear, and through half minute), the message "Input command error" does not appear! After prompted F3 T> enter all commands as usual.

既然能进终端为什么要短接呢？
