希捷10代串口薄盘250G从F级引导开自校准跑一会儿就停 恳请高手帮我分析下

这个盘本来是认盘有坏道的型号:ST3250310AS FW是:3.AAF 电路板是100468303
我找了个FW相同的做F级 跑了一会儿就停我是刚接触修10代盘 没经验!
修10代盘应该如何选取匹配的固件做F级? 恳请高手指点谢谢啦!

   应该不是电源问题 同样的电源 做其他都行 再说就这块硬盘我再这个电源上做了3次都这个情况啊
