三星移动硬盘变成RAW

我的三星移动硬盘莫名的变成RAW格式，分为两个区，一个分区用CHKDSK g: /f已修复正常，可F：打开提示“无法访问F:，文件或目录损坏且无法读取。”，在命令提示符下运行CHKDSK F： /R，提示“文件系统类型是NTFS。无法决定卷版本和状态。CHKDSK被终止。”用易我分区表3.10和PQ也无法修复。所以在百度上找了N久才找到这里，请高手帮忙，在此感激不尽呀！
用WINHEX打开磁盘，可以正常识别分区，分共容量也对。附图。点损坏分区，提示“Cannot open "\$MFT".3221225472 --1-$SMFTMirr"点OK后出现“Hard disk 1,Partition 1" has already been opened.点OK。等一会出现“Cannot read from sector 47 of SAMSUNG HM080HC. 系统找不到指定的文件。"点YES出现“

1、该硬盘存在坏道。
2、如果数据重要千万不能使用chkdsk 来检查。
3、相关文件存储信息应该存在于坏道之上。

如果数据重要的话，采用镜像的方式来恢复数据，使用镜像工具尽可能的读取数据。存在坏道问题的硬盘，千万别用工具扫描修复坏道。
