新手的问题

修第一个硬盘就出现问题，MT金八40G，系统认成N40P，加LDR成功，但是按下utility start 后，系统出错，提示为：
initialization error
context: read technological ID
content: UBA 8 reading error: maxtor techno command error,command:53.code:
0111 c/h/s:352/3/8
老大能不能分析一下啊。
