【求助】（日立）IBM笔记本硬盘问题

笔记本最近发生了件怪事，硬盘无法格式化，分区无法删除，但里面的文件可以拷贝出来，就是速度狂慢？无法再向硬盘内写入数据。
用了DFT中得Erase Disk出现如下结果：
Failure code：0×75－Defective Device. Component Failure
象这种样子的硬盘还有得救么？

试过 IBM Feature Tool ，打不开。还有没有得救啊？？
